5 stars and 1 more for Hillary Belnap. She made the process extremely easy and I appreciate her to the fullest. When she wasn’t working China was there to answer a question or 2 so thank you too. The process from application to keys in hand was about 1 week and everything was streamline. The 2 pools are nice the 2 story gym is nice and it’s located right in the landing so a perfect location for me and my kids to do stuff. Glad I chose these apartments!!!!!

BEWARE: Crime and safety issues. I lived here for two months before deciding to terminate my lease. The apartment was beautiful and I really liked the gym and other amenities but quickly after moving there I lost my sense of security. Crime is constantly occurring in the parking garage. Despite being a "secured" garage, my motorcycle was stolen within two weeks of living there. The garage doors were stuck open and seemingly tampered with at least once a week. A steel gate was broken/busted open twice. In speaking with other residents, there have been other instances of motorcycle theft, car theft, window smashing, and drilled holes in gas tanks. I and other residents also observed people wearing ski masks loitering near the complex on several occasions. I think Griffis Lake Washington could do a lot to improve things, but they seem totally unresponsive to the numerous incidents and reports of criminal activity in the garage. Firstly, when you move in they don't warn you that there's elevated crime and the garage isn't secure. Nor do they communicate to the residents when new incidents occur. That means you only learn about it when it happens to you or if you happen to speak to another resident. Secondly, they are neither proactive nor reactive to the events that occur. When my motorcycle was stolen, it was difficult to get management to even consider reviewing security footage. If they did review it, nothing was communicated and there were not any notable changes to security or the building. If they saw how my motorcycle was stolen, then they could notify other motorcycle owners how to better protect their property. Thirdly, if you're inside the garage you have unrestricted access to inside the building. Key card access should be added to the elevators and stairwells in the garage. Without communication and without effort to make improvements, I felt blind, on my own, and like nothing was going to change. There is a lot of crime happening in the parking garage and I did not feel comfortable living above it, just waiting for the next thing to happen.

During my recent visit to Griffis at Lake Washington, I had intended to simply pose a few leasing-related queries and address some lingering concerns stemming from prior rental experiences. Lacking an appointment, I had not anticipated receiving an extensive reception from the leasing consultant (Chynna Purvis). However, to my pleasant surprise, the consultant not only accommodated me but went above and beyond in her efforts to address my needs. She expertly showcased multiple apartment units that aligned with my specifications and provided a detailed overview of the amenities available on site. Additionally, she gave me an enlightening tour of the surrounding "landing" area, thereby providing a comprehensive understanding of the locale. In doing so, she systematically and effectively allayed any lingering concerns that I had regarding the rental process and living at Graffis at Lake Washington. The consultant's efforts were nothing short of remarkable, leaving me feeling as though I had been warmly embraced by a dear friend. The experience was so overwhelmingly positive that I felt as though I was already at home, while sitting in an empty apartment. It is clear to me that Griffis places an unwavering emphasis on the comfort and satisfaction of its tenants, as evidenced by the consultant's exceptional level of professionalism and care. I am in awe of Griffis commitment to its lessees, and highly impressed by their commitment to ensuring a top-tier living experience

I have only lived here for three months now. I really loved my move in process and Chyna was very helpful to make sure everything went well. However this place is not very safe. I would feel very safe if management communicated security incidence when they happen or any issues happening around the building. My car was broken into last week and for a garage that needs key in access makes me question their security measures. When I was cleaning my car I happen to run into someone that mentioned to me that my car was the third one to be broken into within the last three weeks. But I had not heard anything about it from management. All they send is when the garage door is not working and when there are reservations withing the shared areas. The excuse of the apartment being centrally located is old they just need to improve their security clearly their courtesy patrol is not working. My car is no longer drivable now and on top of the expenses of living in these apartments I have to work on fixing my car as well. Please be ware before moving here.
